Drive CFT for Gemba analysis & deploying actions at manufacturing, aggregate & supplier process. Should have good knowledge of vehicle systems & able to do troubleshooting to identify the root-cause of failure. Should have valuable knowledge of wiring layout & it’s interface in vehicle. Plan & excute dealer and yard audits. Resource allocation & monitoring for PDI Audits of vehicles. Ensure dynamism in Inspection plan in line with field feedback.
Capability
Building of blue collar for product evaluation. Ensure effective utilization of resources through Cost Management (Revenue &
Capital). Apex QCRT (Quick Concern Resolution Team) champion. Ensure systems & processes are in line with ISO/TS 16949.
