About the Role

Biltrax Construction Data is looking for an Associate – Legal & Contracts to support the organisation across commercial agreements, contracts and general legal matters.

The role will work closely with internal business teams and management and will primarily involve reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.

Job Details
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai to Kalyan and Kurla.

Key Responsibilities · Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including client agreements, service agreements, NDAs and vendor contracts.

· Review contractual terms and identify key legal and commercial risks.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during contract review and negotiations.

· Support the organisation in responding to contractual queries and documentation requirements from clients.

· Maintain and standardise agreements, legal documentation and contractual records.

· Undertake legal research and provide practical guidance on relevant legal matters.

· Support management on general corporate, commercial and compliance matters.





· Assist with other legal requirements of the organisation as required.

Candidate Profile

· LL.B. with 3–6 years of relevant qualified experience.

· Prior experience in commercial contracts, agreement review and legal drafting.

· Ability to independently review and understand commercial agreements.

· Solid legal research and analytical skills.

· Ability to identify legal risks while understanding commercial considerations.

· Solid written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple matters independently.

· Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management.

Experience with an in-house legal team, corporate law practice or B2B organisation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
