The Assistant Business Manager – Operations is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations by monitoring payments, inventory, documentation, and customer service activities. The role demands robust attention to detail, process adherence, and coordination with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify daily payments and ensure all records are accurate.
Monitor and clear client outstanding payments.
Transparent IMEI pendings and mismatches on time.
Ensure proper CRM updates and data accuracy.
Regularly check and respond to official emails.
Maintain operational registers and required documentation.
Manage stock display and visual merchandising standards.
Print and properly place price cards and POP materials.
Maintain a clean and customer-friendly store ambiance.
Submit stationery requirements as needed.
Conduct regular checks on store assets (monitors, printers, cameras,



alarms, etc.)
Provide customer service support and assist in resolving complaints promptly.
Coordinate with myG Care and Finance teams to ensure proper grooming and uniform standards.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Positive knowledge of stock management and retail operations.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
High level of responsibility and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
