Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, M&R; items, chemicals, QA tools, and other operational requirements.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective purchases.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and track order execution through ERP.
Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
Maintain minimum/maximum stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward material movement and inventory records.
Monitor stock ageing, expiry, wastage, and inventory losses.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Operations for timely material availability.
Maintain purchase and inventory transactions in ERP and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with purchase, inventory, and company SOPs.
