Key Responsibilities
Monitor quality standards and specifications across raw materials, production, and finished products.
Supervise in-process quality checks, sampling, laboratory testing, and product release.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, food safety, hygiene, and quality SOPs.
Handle quality deviations, customer complaints, RCA and CAPA.
Maintain quality documentation, batch traceability, SOPs, and compliance records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and track quality trends.
Lead and train the Quality Control team on hygiene, testing, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with Production for timely corrective actions and quality improvement.

Candidate Profile
2 to 3 years of QC experience in dairy, sweets, QSR, or food manufacturing industry.
Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, Microbiology, or related field.
Solid knowledge of food safety, quality control, and laboratory practices.
Valuable analytical, communication, and MS Excel skills.
Male candidates preferred.
Own conveyance and willingness to work as per production requirements preferred.
