Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Rohtak, Haryana

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Diagnostic / Healthcare Field

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales and business development activities across Rohtak and nearby areas.
Lead, guide, and monitor the Field Sales Executive team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
Generate current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper territory coverage.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.




Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Diagnostic / Healthcare field.
Robust experience in Diagnostic Sales preferred.
Prior team-handling experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Positive knowledge of the Rohtak healthcare/diagnostic market preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
