Roles and Responsibilities
Manage soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria, canteen, transportation, horticulture, facility administration, pest control, security management, MMR & DMR.
Ensure effective operations of facilities and services to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities management with overall business objectives.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
