AI Coordinator provides support to external vendors (raters) through our community engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities
Provide First-level support to our external vendors (raters) on Data Services projects using our community engagement platform




Assign support requests to Project Managers in cases where second-level support is necessary
Communicate with raters and provide information needed to ensure smooth delivery of Data Services projects
Status monitoring across all assigned tasks and troubleshooting any issues

Skills & Experience
Very positive verbal and written English proficiency you would be working in and English-speaking environment
Previous experience in customer support or customer facing role
Attention to detail, ability to improvise, solve problems and work independently
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
