Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Advocate to handle legal matters, documentation, court-related work, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of legal procedures and be comfortable handling matters independently.

Key Responsibilities
Handle court and legal proceedings as required.
Prepare, review, and draft legal notices, agreements, petitions, applications, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide basic legal opinions.
Represent the company/clients before courts, tribunals, and other authorities as required.
Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, government departments, and other stakeholders.
Maintain proper records of cases, documents, and legal proceedings.
Track hearing dates, deadlines, and case updates.
Ensure timely completion of assigned legal work.

Requirements
LLB degree from a recognized university.
Valid Bar Council enrollment and ability to practice as an Advocate.
Practical experience in court work and legal documentation.
Valuable knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
Valuable communication and drafting skills.




Ability to independently manage assigned legal matters.
Candidates with experience in civil/commercial matters will be preferred.

Experience Preferred: 1–5 years of relevant experience.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
