Position: Technical Support Engineer AEM

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer – AEM for Adobe. We are looking for candidates with robust hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, and enterprise web application support. The ideal candidate should have experience troubleshooting production issues, debugging AEM applications, and supporting enterprise-scale websites.

Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AEM components, workflows, Dispatcher, and backend services.
Develop and maintain AEM components using Sling Models, OSGi Services, HTL, and Java.
Work with REST APIs and integrate AEM with external systems.
Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution for enterprise applications.
Collaborate with development, QA,



and cross-functional teams to support releases and deployments.
Participate in on-call/support activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
