· Prepare conceptual and detailed Landscape architectural designs.
· Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards.
· Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated designs.
· Ensure designs comply regulations.
· Conduct site visits to check design implementation.
· Modify plans based on client feedback and project constraints.
· Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) related to architectural works.
· Work with vendors for material selection and specifications.
Skills Required
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
· Creative and functional design thinking.
· Robust understanding of building codes and construction processes
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
