Key Responsibilities: Shade Matching & Quality Control:
Ensure accurate shade matching through adjustments in raw materials (paints).
Monitor and ensure defect-free coils are dispatched for ACP production.
Supplier & Vendor Management:
Provide feedback to paint suppliers regarding quality and performance.
Coordinate with external parties for recent shade development.
Production Oversight
Ensure no production of unauthorized current grades.
Adhere strictly to departmental SOPs and SLA guidelines.
Process Compliance
Maintain operational efficiency while complying with all production standards.
