Company Description

RAPiDS HR Consulting is hiring for a company which is a provider of high-performance wastewater treatment solutions for diverse industrial sectors with 20 years of broad expertise in Industrial Effluent Treatment.

· Robust hands-on knowledge of MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) operation and maintenance.

· Monitor and optimize MEE performance, steam consumption, vacuum, temperature, and pressure.

· Troubleshoot issues such as scaling, foaming, vacuum loss, and tube choking.

· Knowledge of heat & mass balance, steam economy, pumps, condensers, and vacuum systems.

· Coordinate with ETP/ZLD, utility, production, electrical, and mechanical teams as required.

· Ensure SOP, safety, environmental and production requirements are followed.

· Lead and guide operators and maintain daily MEE operational reports.

Qualifications
Robust knowledge of ETP operations, environmental engineering, and industrial waste management,



with the ability to oversee plant processes and ensure compliance.
Positive people management and coordination skills, including the ability to supervise staff, manage vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in documentation.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear reports and communicate technical information in simple terms.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Previous experience in an ETP/MEE or similar industrial operations role in Hyderabad or comparable industrial hubs will be an advantage.
