Role & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operations of the tyre showroom and multi-brand car service workshop.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tyres, services, and maintenance solutions.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, repairs, and timely delivery to customers.
Ensure proper diagnosis and quality execution of automotive repair and maintenance work.
Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, suppliers, and other team members.
Prepare estimates, invoices, job cards, and maintain service-related records.
Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, discipline, and proper use of tools and equipment.
Support sales and service targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Follow company policies and maintain professional standards at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Previous experience in the automotive, tyre, car service, or workshop industry will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of cars, tyres, servicing, repairs, and basic automotive systems.




Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with technicians and customers.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Candidates with experience in Bridgestone, Bosch Car Service, or other reputed automotive workshops will be preferred for relevant positions.
