Building long-lasting industry relationships and brand connections.
Seeking opportunities to network within the Talent and Creator economy, continuously seeking Talent prospects.
Possessing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry.
Presenting content strategies for Talent that align with their personal brands for optimum success.
Drafting Agreements on behalf of Talent and supporting successful negotiations.
Managing all the queries for Talent, providing skilled support and responses.




Embracing annual revenue targets to drive the Talent/Creators to achieve long-term success.
Sharing progress reports with the team.

Requirements
Good understanding of the Influencer industry, the top players, and brands and education themselves on the development of the Creator Economy.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, partnering with Talent and industry contacts.
Displays persistence, authenticity, and a determined approach to work.
Friendly attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
