Assistant Manager - KYC

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Minimum 5+ years of total experience in KYC - Fraud & Dispute

Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling is mandatory.

Shift:NIGHT- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees handling KYC, Fraud & Dispute processes.
Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, SLA, and overall team performance.
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in attrition and shrinkage management.
Analyze attrition and shrinkage trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present detailed explanations to clients/stakeholders regarding attrition, shrinkage, staffing challenges, and action plans.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of process and client issues.
Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in KYC, Fraud & Dispute processes.
Minimum 2 year of team handling experience with proven experience managing 30+ team members.




Robust hands-on experience in attrition and shrinkage management is mandatory.
Ability to analyze and confidently explain attrition/shrinkage reasons and mitigation plans to clients.
Strong knowledge of KYC, fraud investigation, dispute management, and compliance processes.
Solid leadership, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
