Need Underwriter, origination for commercial real estate
Candidates should have positive experience working in commercial mortgage & commercial real estate.
End to end real estate experience (Domain).
End to end underwriting experience.
Experience in rent/sales comp., loan to value, spreads, mark to market implication, market details.
Mandatory: Loan pre-screening and memos, cash flow memos.
University/ Education Background: Tap Top B schools, CFA or CA candidates
Target US Market
