Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:




Work with SAP team in maintaining secure landscape along with ability to showcase Industry’s advanced solutions to improve efficiency
Hands on experience with SAP system builds, refreshes and upgrades
Handle Support requests and incidents within the SLA
Experience in migration of SAP workloads to Microsoft Azure – Both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
Experience with Authentication technologies with cloud system for seamless user experience
Hands on experience in technical landscapes of S/4 HANA, SAP ECC and Cloud integration
Should be able to mentor Junior team members and coach them
Expertise in transport management across landscapes
manage daily operations, including system monitoring, performance tuning, user management, patching, transport management, and troubleshooting, with specific focus on the HANA database (backups, replication, optimization), ensuring high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR), applying SAP Notes, and collaborating across teams for seamless system support and issue resolution
