About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM/AEC Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and business development in the US market . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in US B2B sales .

The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating current business prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and converting qualified US prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential B2B clients in the US market within the AEC/BIM industry.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements, pain points, and project needs.
Present and sell BIM, CAD, architectural, engineering, and AEC-related services .
Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.




Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in coordination with internal teams.
Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline activities in CRM.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the US AEC sector.
Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of won projects.

Mandatory Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in US B2B sales is mandatory.
Experience selling to US-based clients through outbound sales/business development.
Solid experience in lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing .
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Robust understanding of the US sales process and business culture .
Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
Comfortable working in the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST US shift .
