We are looking for a motivated CMA skilled with 1–3 years of experience to join our Finance & Accounting team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, management accounting, reconciliations, MIS and other finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse financial reports and MIS
Perform account reconciliations and review financial data
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Prepare management reports and financial analysis
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities
Assist with financial controls and process improvements
Coordinate with internal teams and support client requirements
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance activities

Required Skills:
CMA qualification or CMA Final
1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
Positive understanding of accounting and financial reporting




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable communication skills
Ability to work with international clients will be an advantage

Preferred:
Experience in Financial Reporting / FP&A; / Management Accounting / MIS
Exposure to ERP/accounting systems
Experience working with international clients or accounting standards
