Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support business growth and chance identification across Defence, Aerospace, Space, Avionics, and Industrial sectors. Freshers with an engineering background and strong communication/research skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research new business opportunities and potential customers.
Track RFIs, EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and government procurement prospects.
Monitor opportunities through GeM and other government tender portals.
Support tender evaluation, bid preparation, proposals, compliance matrices, and documentation.
Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams.
Support customer, OEM, vendor, technology partner, and system integrator coordination.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
Maintain opportunity trackers, customer databases,



and business development pipelines.
Track Defence/Aerospace initiatives including Make in India and indigenous technology programs.

Eligibility & Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or related fields.
MBA in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.
0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply.
Robust communication, analytical, research, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Interest in Defence, Aerospace, Space, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Industrial Automation.
Basic knowledge of Government Tendering, GeM, DRDO, ISRO, HAL, BEL, BDL, etc. will be an advantage.
