Role Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS.
Troubleshoot warehouse, integration, interface and application issues.
Perform incident and problem management activities.
Conduct RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Support inbound, outbound, inventory and replenishment processes.
Perform end-to-end testing and validate system changes.
Analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues within SLA.
Monitor BY WMS application performance and resolve system issues.
Deploy Blue Yonder patches and support product-related queries.
Guide support teams and provide super-user training when required
