Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial boilers safely and efficiently.
Handle boiler start-up, shutdown, pressure and temperature monitoring.
Perform routine inspection, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor steam pressure, water level, fuel consumption and boiler parameters.
Troubleshoot boiler-related mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Conduct regular checks of pumps, valves, burners, gauges and safety devices.
Maintain boiler logbooks, operating records and maintenance reports.
Ensure compliance with boiler safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth boiler operation.
Certification Requirement Candidates should preferably have a valid Boiler Attendant Certificate or relevant Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification, depending on the role and statutory requirement.
