Role Overview

We are looking for a core Circuit Simulation Engineer with solid experience in electrical wiring harness design and circuit simulation for aerospace or other high-reliability electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for simulating, analyzing, validating, and optimizing electrical circuits and wiring harnesses before manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical circuit simulation and analysis for wiring harness systems.
Analyze voltage, current, resistance, impedance, power distribution, and circuit behavior.
Develop and validate wiring harness electrical models using simulation tools.
Identify electrical faults, signal integrity issues, voltage drops, and circuit abnormalities through simulation.
Validate wiring designs and circuit performance before physical prototyping/manufacturing.
Support wire sizing, routing, load analysis, protection, and electrical architecture decisions.
Correlate simulation results with testing/validation data and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Work closely with Electrical, Harness Design, Systems, and Validation teams.
Prepare simulation models, test cases, reports, and technical documentation.





Mandatory Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Circuit Simulation – NON-NEGOTIABLE
Robust understanding of electrical circuits and wiring harness systems
Experience with one or more tools such as:
PSpice
SABER RD
Ansys
LTspice / similar circuit simulation tools
Understanding of voltage/current analysis, transient analysis, load analysis and electrical behavior
Experience in Wiring Harness Design / Electrical Architecture
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics and electrical circuits

Preferred Skills
Aerospace / avionics electrical systems experience
Experience with CATIA Electrical, Capital Harness, Siemens NX Electrical or Zuken
Knowledge of electrical safety, fault analysis and circuit protection
Experience with high-reliability electrical systems
Knowledge of simulation-to-test correlation and validation
