CA Finance and Accounts Lead

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and qualified CA Finance and Accounts Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting, with a preference for experience in the entertainment industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage the accounting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.




Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid certification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
