Job Title: Branch Manager – Equity Broking & Trading

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations for equity broking and trading.
Drive revenue through equity, derivatives, mutual funds and other investment products.
Acquire new clients and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
Generate leads through branch networking, references, corporate tie-ups and local market activities.
Ensure effective client onboarding, KYC and account-opening processes.
Monitor daily trading, sales and revenue performance of the branch.
Maintain robust relationships with HNI, retail and institutional clients.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange and company policies.




Prepare and review MIS, sales reports and branch performance dashboards.
Handle client escalations and ensure high-quality customer service.

Desired Profile:
Graduate/MBA/PG preferred; NISM certification will be an advantage.
5+ years of experience in equity broking, stock market, trading or wealth management.
Solid knowledge of equity markets, trading products and investment services.
Proven experience in branch management and team handling.
Strong sales, networking, negotiation and client relationship skills.
Good local market knowledge and a robust business network.
Target-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.
