Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with around 10 years of hands-on construction experience. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, resource management, and coordination with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site operations.
Execute civil works according to structural drawings, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Estimate material requirements and monitor inventory.




Minimize material wastage and support cost-effective execution.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Around 10 years of relevant experience in construction.
Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
Positive leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
