Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, meetings, and local outreach.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
Conduct home visits/home conductions with prospective customers.

Required Skills
Solid sales and target-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated and cooperative.

Work Conditions
6-day working week | Monday fixed off
Candidate must own a laptop/device for work-related tasks.
