Position: Junior Business Development Associate

Timings: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM

Salary: ₹1.8–3 LPA

Responsibilities
CRM & Lead Management: Maintain and regularly update the CRM with accurate lead information, follow-ups, meeting status, and conversion stages.
Notion Management: Keep internal lead trackers, client information, BD pipelines, follow-up schedules, and relevant documentation updated on Notion.
WhatsApp Communication: Actively manage and respond to incoming WhatsApp enquiries, ensure timely follow-ups, answer basic client queries, qualify leads, and move prospects towards a consultation or meeting.
Lead Follow-ups:



Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended and maintain consistent communication until conversion or closure.
Daily Pipeline Management: Track all active prospects, upcoming follow-ups, meetings, and conversions and keep the team updated.
Feedback Calls: Attend client feedback calls, understand client concerns and requirements, document key feedback, and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
