Role & responsibilities
Perform accurate Hindi and English typing for office, ATS and registry-related documentation.
Prepare, enter and update data in computer systems, Excel sheets and internal records.
Maintain and organize property, customer, registry and other official documents.
Prepare letters, applications, reports, statements and other documents as required.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Scan, print, photocopy and organize documents and files.
Coordinate with internal teams for document collection, verification and record updates.
Maintain proper filing and document tracking systems.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of assigned work.
Assist the team with day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.

Preferred candidate profile
12th pass / Graduate; computer-related qualification will be an advantage.
Hindi and English typing skills are mandatory.
Positive typing speed with high accuracy.




Basic to good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
Experience in data entry, documentation, registry, ATS or real estate office work preferred.
Good knowledge of file management and record keeping.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents.
Candidates with experience in real estate/property documentation will be preferred.
Candidates based in Jaipur preferred.
