We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freelance Bidder / Business Development Executive to manage our profiles on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.com and help us generate new projects.

Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer and other freelancing platforms.
Submit high-quality, customized proposals/bids based on each client's requirements.
Avoid generic/copy-paste proposals and focus on personalized applications.
Monitor new job postings and apply quickly to relevant opportunities.
Understand client requirements and identify projects suitable for our services.
Manage and maintain our freelancing profiles.
Track submitted proposals, responses, interviews and conversions.
Communicate with potential clients professionally through the platforms.
Follow up with interested clients and help convert leads into projects.
Coordinate with our development/SEO team to understand technical requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
Maintain a regular report of bids submitted, responses received and projects won.

Requirements
Previous experience with Upwork and/or Freelancer.com bidding.




Valuable understanding of WordPress, web development and SEO projects.
Excellent written English.
Ability to understand project requirements before submitting a proposal.
Strong research and communication skills.
Experience generating leads and winning projects through freelancing platforms.
Must be able to write personalized and convincing proposals.
Previous bidding/winning history will be an advantage.

Key We are not looking for someone who simply submits a large number of generic bids.

We need someone who can identify the right projects, understand the client's requirement, write a strong proposal and help generate genuine leads.

Please include examples of your previous Upwork/Freelancer bidding experience, including the type of projects you have won and your approach to generating clients.

Payment: Negotiable based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
