Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, positive communication skills, and the ability to manage data and documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily back-office and administrative activities.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and Excel sheets.
Manage records, documents, files, and reports.
Verify information and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
Prepare basic reports and maintain regular records.
Handle emails and routine office communication.
Support the team in day-to-day office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Word, and computer operations.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Positive verbal and written communication.
Solid attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
