Job Summary

Build and manage the manpower function for the Civil & Interior— deploying masons, carpenters, painters and other skilled and unskilled labour across facility management and turnkey sites.

Key Responsibilities
Forecast manpower demand against the civil/interior project pipeline and plan deployment accordingly.
Recruit, onboard and maintain a reliable base of skilled and unskilled labour and labour contractors.




Liaise daily with site supervisors to resolve manpower shortages or reallocate labour across sites.
Maintain a manpower roster tagged by skill, site and availability.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree; knowledge of construction or interior manpower management, labour contracting.
Solid on-ground coordination and people-management skills.
0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates welcome.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication skills for vendor follow-up.
