Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, order processing, customer communication, and sales-related administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle sales-related documentation, records, and data entry.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatches.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update customer and order information in Excel/ERP systems.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, payments, dispatches, and other requirements.
Follow up with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch.
Maintain proper records of sales orders, quotations, invoices, and customer details.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and other commercial documents.




Monitor pending orders and ensure timely follow-up.
Perform other back-office and sales-support activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Back Office Sales, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good numerical and analytical ability.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in a manufacturing/trading company will be an added advantage.

Salary & Advantages Salary: Negotiable as per interview and candidate's experience/skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
