About the Role

We are urgently hiring an experienced and professional Indian Chef / Maharaj for a newly opened café/restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian cuisine, maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism, and be looking for a stable long-term prospect.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes with consistency and quality
Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
Ensure timely food preparation and service
Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies when required




Maintain discipline and professionalism within the kitchen environment

Requirements
Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant experience as an Indian Chef / Maharaj
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and kitchen operations
Skilled attitude and commitment towards long-term employment
Must have solid references and be open to background verification
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Additional Information
Accommodation and food can be provided for outstation candidates in exceptional cases
Working hours: Approximately 10 to 11 hours per day

Pay: ₹8,708.96 - ₹38,120.65 per month
