Business Manager – Interior Design

About the Role

Tint Tone and Shade is looking for a results-driven Business Manager to drive business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Bangalore.

This is an Individual Contributor role for a commercially robust qualified with proven experience in the Interior Design / Home Interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue growth for the Bangalore market.
Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into interior design projects.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
Build and maintain robust relationships with homeowners and prospective clients.
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handover.
Prepare, present, negotiate, and close commercial proposals.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to improve conversions.
Track sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
Handle commercial negotiations and ensure profitable closures.




Contribute to business growth initiatives and market expansion.

What We're Looking For
4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Home Interiors.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Robust experience in lead conversion and client acquisition.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Robust understanding of the home interiors / interior design sales cycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business targets.
Bangalore-based candidates preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma preferred.

A background in Interior Design or Architecture will be an added advantage, but relevant interior-industry sales experience is more significant.
