Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute category strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including current product launches and product rationalization.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic vendor partnerships.
Develop competitive pricing strategies while ensuring healthy margins.
Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects.
Plan inventory, demand forecasting, and replenishment in coordination with Supply Chain teams.
Collaborate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.
Work closely with Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to improve customer experience.
Track KPIs including Sales, Margin, Inventory Turnover, Sell-through Rate, and GMROI.
Present category performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
