Job Summary

J&H; Textiles is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our uniform business by developing new B2B clients and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business in corporate, school, hospital, hotel, industrial, and institutional uniforms.
Identify leads, conduct client meetings, and convert enquiries into orders.
Manage quotations, negotiations, samples, and customer follow-ups.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and procurement teams.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in uniform/textile/garment B2B sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Good knowledge of fabrics and uniform products.
Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹14,086.31 - ₹58,396.22 per month
