Key Responsibilities

Content and Program Development
Collaborate with Program Directors and committees to design clinical agendas.
Review scientific presentations and webinar scripts for clinical accuracy.
Coordinate and organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs on a regular basis.

Speaker and Faculty Management
Identify, invite, and coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical speakers.
Manage pre-event briefing calls, presentation collection, and technical rehearsals.
Coordinate travel and logistics for hybrid or in-person conference components, where applicable.

Virtual Event and Webinar Execution
Set up and manage webinar and virtual event platforms.
Moderate live sessions and coordinate Q&A; discussions.
Provide real-time technical support and troubleshoot issues during live events.

Marketing and Operational Support
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional email campaigns.
Maintain post-event assets, including webinar recordings, transcripts, and related communication records.
Support smooth coordination between clinical, marketing, and operational teams.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.




Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work under strict timelines and meet event deadlines.
Prior experience in conference coordination, webinars, CME programs, medical education, or healthcare events will be an added advantage.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with medical professionals, KOLs, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working with webinar platforms and handling basic technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of medical/clinical terminology.
Experience coordinating healthcare professionals or medical speakers.
Familiarity with virtual event platforms and webinar tools.
Solid presentation review and content coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
