Manage and motivate the sales team.
Generate business through local market.
Manage leads from sourcing to sanction & disbursement.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams.
Ensure portfolio quality and company policy compliance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 38 years’ experience in LAP/Mortgage/secured lending.
Robust team handling & sales management skills.
Solid knowledge of Affordable LAP & local market.
Target-oriented with positive communication and negotiation skills.
NBFC/HFC/Banking experience preferred.
