Job Title : Closing Manager Real Estate

Department: Sales

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and property closures.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
Prior experience in real estate sales and deal closures is required

(JD)
Drive and manage the complete sales closure process from lead qualification to booking.
Handle negotiations with customers and ensure timely closure of deals.
Manage high-value customers and assist the sales team in converting prospective leads.
Coordinate with CRM, Legal and other internal teams for smooth documentation and booking.
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and closure targets through regular reporting.
Develop strategies to improve conversion ratios and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.





Technical Skills
Solid understanding of real estate sales processes and documentation
Knowledge of property pricing, payment structures, and booking processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software

Mandatory Skills
Strong real estate sales and closing experience
Excellent negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong customer relationship management skills
Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market
Target-oriented, self-driven, and robust decision-making ability

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
