About the Role

We have an urgent opening for the position of Closing Manager for a reputed Real estate Company

Headstrong Hr Consulnting services is seeking an experienced Closing Manager to manage the end-to-end customer closing process for residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a Real Estate Developer and possess excellent knowledge of customer documentation, banking coordination, home loan processing, registration, and possession formalities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete customer closing process from booking to possession.
Coordinate with customers for agreement, payment collections, documentation, and compliance.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and loan officers for home loan processing and disbursements.
Ensure timely execution of Agreement for Sale, Stamp Duty, Registration, and Possession documentation.
Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams for seamless customer handovers.
Track customer payment schedules and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, documentation records, and customer databases.




Handle customer queries related to documentation, registration, and possession professionally.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Support management with periodic closing reports and project status updates.

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Closing Manager or similar role.
Developer-side Real Estate experience is mandatory.
Candidates from Real Estate Developers only will be considered.
Experience in residential real estate projects preferred.
