Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls. Communicate with customers and provide basic information. Enter and update customer details in the computer system. Maintain records, databases, and daily reports. Use MS Word, Excel, email, and other office software. Follow up with customers by phone. Perform regular data entry and documentation. Handle basic computer and office-related tasks. Maintain customer information confidentially.
Required Skills: Positive communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Valuable typing and data-entry skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Hindi/Bengali/English communication skills can be an advantage. Freshers can apply.
