Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our customer support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to emails.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Provide excellent customer service and timely support.
Meet defined KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
Strong English communication skills.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




Willingness to work in rotational day shifts.
Valuable understanding of customer service and service delivery.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Experience & Qualification
Qualification: HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years.
BPO experience is preferred.
Experience in an International Call Centre is an added advantage.
Experience in voice, chat, or email support will be preferred.
