Computer Service Engineer will handle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and IT networking equipment for customers of Sheejas IT Mall Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptop & desktop hardware/software issues
Install OS, drivers, antivirus, and applications
Handle HP laptop service & warranty support (authorized HP store work)
Troubleshoot networking, WiFi, printer, and server-related issues
Provide onsite and in-store customer support
Maintain service reports and spare parts records

Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Hardware or IT
1–3 years experience in computer/laptop service preferred
Knowledge of Windows, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
Positive customer handling skills
2 Wheeler Driving License

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,500.00 - ₹30,500.00 per month
