Key Responsibilities – CNC/VMC Machine Operator
Operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor machine performance and ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company guidelines on the shop floor.
Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Pay: ₹24,086.00 - ₹29,224.38 per month
