Customer Support Executive – Voice Process : We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Support Executives to join our Sales & Voice Process team. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and assisting them with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
Follow up with interested customers and generate sales opportunities.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.
Maintain a positive and skilled conversation with customers.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
Update customer details and call status in the system.




Build valuable customer relationships and provide a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic Hindi/English communication skills.
Freshers are welcome;

experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
