Position Title: Dealer Sales Manager – SCV Cargo

LOB: Tata Motors Small Commercial Vehicles (Ace, Intra, Yodha)

Reports To: Asst. General Manager (Sales) / Dealer Principal

Location: Nagaon

Job Purpose

Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize market share for the Tata Motors SCV Cargo portfolio by leading the dealership’s sales team, optimizing finance tie-ups, and driving local market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Meet monthly retail targets and increase market share in the assigned territory.
Lead Team: Manage, mentor, and track daily performance of Sales Executives (DSEs).
Pipeline Management: Monitor the dealer management system (DMS) from enquiry to delivery.
Financier Liaison:



Partner with banks and NBFCs to secure quick retail funding for customers.
Market Connect: Build relationships with local transport unions, mandis, and fleet owners.

Requirements
Education: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Experience: 5+ years in Automobile/CV sales, with 2+ years leading a team.
Skills: Robust negotiation, team management, and deep knowledge of the local transport market.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
