Key Responsibilities
Assemble Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), robotic systems, and defence hardware components with high precision.
Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematic instructions.
Perform soldering, wire harnessing, and mechanical integration of electromechanical components.
Integrate and calibrate sensors, actuators, motors, and controllers used in robotics and drones.
Flash firmware and assist in testing communication interfaces using ROS (Robot Operating System).
Troubleshoot and verify communication protocols, with a robust focus on CAN bus networks.




Conduct quality checks and functional testing on sub-assemblies to find and fix defects.
Follow strict safety and security protocols for defence-grade manufacturing.
Maintain inventory records of tools, raw materials, and finished goods.

Requirements
1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UAV, robotics, aerospace, or defence manufacturing.
Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field).
Solid knowledge of PCB assembly, wiring, mechanical tools, and robotic hardware systems.
Familiarity with testing robotic mechanisms, drivetrains, or automated systems.
Ability to work in a secure, high-compliance production environment.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
