Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and queries.
Provide information and resolve basic customer issues.
Maintain polite and qualified communication.
Update customer details in the system.
Follow up with customers when required.
Coordinate with the team for issue resolution.
Achieve assigned performance targets.

12th Pass candidates can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Excellent communication skills required.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
